Outside is equally inviting. Sitting areas by the water are ideal for watching the numerous butterflies and birds attracted to the garden or just relaxing and feeling close to nature. Each morning; coffee is ready by 6:30 and guests can meander down to the dining room for breakfast. Guests join others from around Belize and the world while savoring fresh fruits; breads and a full breakfast. With Oty's contagious laughter; Gaby's inquisitive questions and lively conversation from guests; half of the morning sometimes passes by and strangers become friends.
